About me

I’m a curious craftsman

Ronald Lopez at work

For 8 years I was the founding designer at OneLocal (YC S17), where I helped scale it from zero to a multi-product B2B SaaS platform with 2,100+ partners. My design work spanned across 7 products, 2 mobile apps, and 100+ client websites, as well as, sales decks, marketing materials, and interactive demos. Most recently, I spent 4 years at Legend, designing for Covers, one of the biggest names in sports betting.

My work sits between design and front-end code, so the fidelity of a mockup rarely stops at handoff. I want the shipped product to match the intent of the first sketch.

If you have a product or brand that needs care, clarity, and craft, let's build something good together.

The portfolio you’re on now, designed system-first in Figma, then hand-coded so design and build share one source of truth.

Key Features

  • WCAG AA contrast, keyboard, and screen-reader support across both themes
  • Light and dark themes planned at the token layer, not patched on
  • Hand-coded from tokens up: Pug, LESS, and vanilla JS, no bundler
